Another ski/snowboard trip to Manning Park and another day with excellent riding conditions on the mountain. The sub zero temperatures did not deter the nearly 80 brave adventurers who rode 2 charter busses to get to the Manning Park Resort. While I got to attend this trip with the group I was forced to stay in the lodge as apparently boarding with only half your vision is not recommended. Definitely not something I want to do again… However, after braving a very cold morning, with an added wind chill to boot, the Mouat group finished the trip with afternoon sunshine, smiles on their faces and memories made to take back down the mountain with them. A big shout out to some new chaperones who helped keep the group safe on the mountain, and to the students on this trip who made things very easy to manage with their respect and positive decision making.
